Overall experience is fantastic, more than 5 stars. As an autistic group (myself autistic) without mentioning, we were greeted lovely by eve and the team. Despite a confusion to the start (due to our part,) the team was so helpful and understanding. i also noticed that other customers who came after us were set on lanes away from our group, not sure if it was intentional but it was something i noticed and it was very much welcomed. we will surely be going back again, primarily because the customer service. Went for a kids party. Good lanes with plenty of space for our group. This place has been here for years and went myself for a party when I was a kid and it seems little has changed, which is a good thing! Great fast and friendly service. Although I didn’t get any food or drink, there were plenty of options. Parking in their own car park and plenty of other (currently) free parking spots around. Also, not far from the bus stops and train station.

Had my birthday party here on Saturday and there was one amazing staff member who stood out and helped so much! Some of my friends were late and she moved us back a couple of times to accommodate us so that no-one was left out and she was really helpful with my birthday cake, thank you! 🎂 In terms of the venue, good location and price, lots of things to do nearby, great fun! 🎳

I visited riverside bowl yesterday and whilst the experience itself was wonderful, I feel the need to leave a review given one I read and automatically identified as someone who was so painfully obnoxious and downright detrimental to my enjoyment here. Some absolute fool was carrying a confetti cannon round and made the poor girl (who was described in a review from this specific family as a “deer in headlights”) clean it all up, they were loud and obnoxious and down right entitled and their actions completely soured my experience. The review also highlighted how staff did nothing for 2 and a half hours which truly exemplifies their entitled nature given from what I could see from my lane, they did everything that is expected of a party host, given that most the staff are young people, to see such a volatile review ripping into them for simply doing their job (and more because I can imagine cleaning up confetti from an adult isn’t in the job description) is completely unfair. It saddens me that despite my quality experience, I’m filling a 5 star review with a rant about somebody else but it feels wrong to allow that review to remain unchallenged

Went here on valentines day- we had booked a lane for 3 games and the lane was available almost immediately. The actual bowling was great, spacious comfortable seating and nice touches like cartoon graphics on the score chart. There are a good selection of drinks available at reasonable prices, and arcade games for children. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Great atmosphere and staff. I came recently with a work group. The manager Rebecca was so helpful in getting us booked in and was even there to greet us on the night, she was so accommodating and super nice, an absolute star and credit to you. The rest of the staff on duty were all amazing too. Would recommend for work nights out, lots of things there to do for families too.

Came here as a group of 5 for my fiancee’s 28th birthday. We did 2 games of laser quest for 5quid each. Jamie was our host for both games and he was a highlight of the visit. An absolute pleasure and made our visit extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Jamie!!

Came out with my mother and father and it was all great , service lovely or all came quickly, we got served by a small woman I think her name was rebeckah who was very nice and kind serving us. my mum was happy to win some toys too because she is quite old and her favourite is Wednesday! ( even though it is Saturday today LOL! )only doubt is food a tiny bit pricey but it is very Yummers!!
